Complete all fields on the form to request access to the "Customer Access" areas of our web site.
You can find your serial/customer number on your invoices from us or on your software
sentinel device (dongle).
In the last field, type the letters and numbers that you see overlaid on the image to it's left. This code is randomly created to prevent web bots from submitting empty registration requests. Processing may take up to three minutes after you press Submit, please wait for this to complete. If you submit multiple entries it may slow down the processing of your registration. Once submitted, you should receive an email within a few minutes advising you that your request is pending. Usually requests for access are completed within a few hours if submitted during office hours. NOTE: Only SIMS Customers who are currently on Software Maintenance from our office will be approved. If you aren't a SIMS Customer, are no longer on Software Maintenance or are a customer of one of our distributors, your request will be denied. |
