Although SIMS does NOT sell computer equipment, we recommend Dell computers. We have a long standing relationship with Dell and use Dell equipment for all in-house computers. We are a Premier Partner with Dell and have extensive contacts for Customer Support and Sales related issues should you need our assistance in working with them. Tell them that you are a SIMS Customer and give him our master account number of 1143065 if they ask for it. We recommend you work with our account manager instead of another sales rep because they will be familiar with our requirements for UL, NetWare SFT III and so on and will send us a copy of your quotation for review prior to placing your order if you wish.

If your order is placed through our account team, your account will be linked to our account and you will receive all perks that the rest of our customers are eligible for. This includes any discounts that are offered based on the total volume of all our customers purchases, support call escalation and other things not usually available to a small business customer. You will still make payment arrangements directly with Dell, either by credit card, terms or they can arrange leasing for you as well.

Dell Contact Information
If SIMS will be configuring your computers for you, Dell can drop ship your equipment directly to our office, so you don't have to. If you will be shipping equipment to our office, either from Dell or from some other location, we ask that you complete and fax us a copy of our "Inbound Equipment Form".
