SIMSSQL will begin signalling the movement of the SIMS II database to the
open architecture of SQL. This windows based product will create a Microsoft
Access database that is synchronized with the SIMS II traditional database allowing
other software products to initially read and later write indirectly to the existing
SIMS II database files.
SIMSSQL will continue to be enhanced to include transition to other database architectures.
In addition, SIMSSQL can be set for automatic synchronization, sorting and regeneration of the SIMS II files.
